Fakton is a financial real estate consultancy firm located in the World Trade Centre in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. We pride ourselves on our wide knowledge of areas that are complementary at multiple levels. With some 30 years’ experience in real estate finance , we have accumulated a vast amount of knowledge and created a wide network of clients and collaborators.

Founded in 1981, Fakton battled through the economic crisis of that time, becoming established in a distressed market through an innovative approach based on our newly-designed calculating methods and top-notch technology.
Fakton currently consists of 40 consultants and 10 support staff. Setting its sights high, the company is currently looking beyond the Dutch borders and is strengthening its position abroad, knowing it has a lot to offer in the present financial climate.

With alliances in several countries and recent projects in, for instance, Italy, France, Scotland, Slovenia, Indonesia and Russia, the knowledge and know-how required to work abroad are increasing day by day.
