Fakton has educated over 25,000 real estate professionals throughout the Netherlands. We provide lecturers to the universities of Amsterdam and Rotterdam and are increasingly asked to give our authoritative real estate courses abroad. To give one example, Fakton educated over a 100 real estate developers from ING Real Estate Development throughout Europe in the cities of: London, Milan, Prague, Warsaw, Brussels and Frankfurt.
We also offer the opportunity to learn by means of gaming. Fakton has developed an area development game which consists of a simulation of (re)development projects by means of feasibility studies. Using case studies an active involvement is created where participants are required to take the role of either a developer, investor, corporation or city council member. In these roles participants are expected to create a coherent approach to area development resulting in a complete process of development.
