Food Hall Area Amsterdam, the Netherlands

The city of Amsterdam wishes to redevelop its existing inner city Food Hall Area of 21 hectares into a smaller Food Hall Area of 14 hectares and a new residential/commercial mix of 7 hectares. Fakton is commissioned to develop the business case for this project and guide the selection process. This process is quite complex as it involves the aspects of an integrated approach and integrated contract: design, build, finance, maintain & operate (DBFMO).
