Client: City of Ede
After the projected withdrawal of Dutch troups from Afghanistan, the city of Ede will redevelop 104 hectares of defence area. Fakton was commisioned to advise the city of Ede on public private partnership and business case development (including valuation and risk management). This business case was initially constructed for several completely different branding themes and its programmatic development. Currently Fakton delivers the project CFO who is steering the further elaboration of the Master Planning.
