Zuidas Amsterdam, the Netherlands
Client: ING Real Estae Development
The Zuidas (South-Axis) is a large area in Amsterdam. The City of Amsterdam aimed to transform this area into a second city center containing leisure, culture, offices and houses. The A10 motorway intersects this area. The plan is to bring the motorway and other transportmodes underground. This way both sides of the area can be connected. Fakton is not only supported the City of Amsterdam in early stages, but also ING in a later stage when ING took part in a tender for this project.
