Urgentieprogramma Randstad

Client: Cities of Rotterdam and Amsterdam

The Dutch government compiled a list of 30 plus large infrastucture, area development, investment, environmental and security projects in the Randstad regio which they labeled as a programma of urgent projects for the development of this region (roughly the Amsterdam-The Hague-Rotterdam-Utrecht region). Commissioned by the cities of Rotterdam and Amsterdam we conducted a research project aimed at finding and designing financing solutions which could accelerate these projects.
