The City of The Hague wishes to redevelop a brownfield area of 130 hectares into a second city center directly connected to the motorway. The future program involves 7.000 to 8.500 residential units, 200.000 mē of office space, 65.000 mē of industrial space and 190.000 mē for services. Fakton was asked to construct the business case for both public and private partners, to optimize the business case in cooperation with urban planners and to chair the negotiation table between parties.
