We developed a new mortage product and structured a special fund that enabled teachers, police agents, firemen to buy their own house in the City of Amsterdam. This fund enabled affordable owner-occupied housing for people in this profession through building a tailor-made financial system. This way the City of Amsterdam could bind this professional group to it’s city.
