On Tuesday June the 8th, at 14.00 hours, at EIRE by the Europrogetti & Finanza stand (Padiglione 4, G14 – G16), the two companies will publicly subscribe a partnership agreement. The same agreement will be publicly presented at the real estate fair Provada in Amsterdam on June the 10th.
In the course of the specific companies' growth and internationalization process, Fakton Ventures BV ed Europrogetti & Finanza (Arcotecnica – WTP group), already jointly operational on some projects, have decided to subscribe a partnership that will be signed during EIRE 2010. The Letter of Intent that was defined among the two companies allows Europrogetti & Finanza (EPF) to link itself to an important international partner with a strong track record in consultancy and in business planning (both for public and private clients). Fakton has also a marked experience in negotiation and public / private partnership, in real estate development and in social housing, which are activities at present still scarce in Italy. EPF will guarantee Fakton with its professionalism and knowledge in the Italian real estate system, its experience in real estate market analyses, in valuation, business planning and in the advisory for the public administration, also due to the track record of Europrogetti & Finanza Advisory (operating with the public sector since 1995).
The agreement includes an exclusivity right in the consultancy for real estate operations in Italy and in The Netherlands, the use of the respective office structures and personnel, the sharing of marketing and communication activities.
Among the already carried on operations are consultancy works for important public companies of Lombardy (among which a business planning relative to the new headquarter tower of the Region Lombardy). Moreover, the two companies have coordinated a business trip to The Netherlands together with some Italian private professionals to analyze best practices in social and student housing. The business trip (which will be replayed from 8th to 10th of July, 2010), has been supported by the promotion of the Milanese chamber of commerce, and by the Dutch architecture studio Mecanoo.
